I would like to inform you about the following:

(I) Incorrect quantities
I recently bought a lot of KNORR prandell-rocailles, and as I looked at the boxes, I noticed that these are not the same quantity.
I measured with the high-precision laboratory balance what quantity is in each box.

Incomplete items are as follows:

3104419 - Indianerperlen opak 2,5mm grün-metallic, 17 g / Dose 15,86 g / - 1,14 g / - 6,71 %
3104761 - Indianerperlen opak 2,5mm bleichgold, 17 g / Dose / 15,52 g / - 1,48 g / - 8,71 %
3104370 - Indianerperlen opak 2,5mm blau-metallic, 17 g / Dose 15,91 g / -1,09 g / - 6,41 %
3104249 - Indianerperlen opak 2,5mm pink, 17 g / Dose 16,18 g / - 0,82 g / - 4,82 %
3104427 - Indianerperlen opak 2,5mm lindgrün, 17 g / Dose 16,87 g / -0,13 g / - 0,76 %
3109461 - Rocailles matt 2,5mm tannengrün, 17 g / Dose 15,16 g / - 1,84 g / - 10,82 %
(The values ​​shown are averages!).

(II) Compensation
Acc. to the European law, the supplier (manufacturer, distributor, other) must pay compensation for damage caused.

(III) Changes
The factory in the Czech Republic will not not hold stock from the size 9/0 - special coloured rocailles (diameter 2,5 - 2,6 mm). These items will be manufactured for special order only. This does not mean that these products will disappear, but will be available only in the larger companies, because this colures available only 30 kg units / each coloure.

I got this information from the representation in Hungary of Jablonex (trade) and Ornela (mfg.) (Czech Rep.).

With this I just wanted to say that a small company can not buy 30 kg of each color, only the larger companies are able to do so.

I think the range will remain at the KNORR prandell, as this is a very large company.
