Hi,

probier doch mal die Bücher "Japanische Mini-Perlentiere" und "Japanische Mini-Perlentiere 2" von Christiane Brüning. Sie betreibt unter dem Namen Jalaila dieses schöne Forum. Die Bücher haben jeweils eine einfache Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung zum Erlernen der Technik. Alle Anleitungen sind gut umsetzbar.

Ansonsten gibts hier auch schöne Einsteiger-Anleitungen in japanischer Technik.
Beispiel sind diese Ostereier:
